Short Bio

Magna Gopal is one of the top international performers and instructors in the salsa scene known for her grace, fluidity, precision and her very unique style on the dance floor.  Originally from India she is now based out of New York.  Her creative interpretation of the music, ability to effortlessly follow any lead, spin with speed and accuracy and be able to break all of this down to all demographics has made her extremely popular across South America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, North America and even Africa. 

Her creativity in styling and footwork is enhanced by her sense of musicality and the ease with which she has incorporated other forms of dance.  She has a remarkable talent to break down her intricate footwork patterns, body movement, spinning technique and musical interpretation to all types of dancers to help them increase their level of comfort and individual expression on the dance floor. Her smooth style is a pleasure to watch and experience; her positive and energetic character livens up any atmosphere.
