My Philosophy: Think. Feel. Be. Mpowered!
Growing up, my father always told me, “Anything your mind can conceive, and believe, it can achieve.” Though I believe this to be true, life has taught me that mindset can only accomplish so much. To maximize our lives and our relationships, there are three other areas that require equal investment and development.
Mindset is, indeed, a crucial starting point for overcoming internal obstacles, like self-limiting beliefs. But in order to overcome the external challenges in my life, I needed a healthy body as my warrior. I could not fulfill my purpose or achieve any of my goals if my body could not keep up with my imagination in strength, adaptability, endurance, and resilience.
Once I was able to reprogram my mind for positivity and achievement, and train my body to meet its demands, the next step was learning how to effectively communicate what I wanted to do, how I intended to do it, and how I would express this and engage with the world around me. Developing my communication skills allows me to take responsibility, direct the narrative of my life and effect change in powerful ways.
The increased clarity and authenticity in my expression has laid the path to the creation of mutually beneficial connections with others by providing me with the tools to communicate healthy boundaries, show empathy, be vulnerable, and provide support and encouragement.
Mpowerment Coaching is how I incorporate these four pillars of Mindset, Movement, Communication, and Connection into a transformative holistic approach to self-development and creating meaningful interactions with long-lasting positive impacts.
All that I have achieved, accomplished and overcome is built upon these four pillars and my goal, using my 5A-Mpowerment Roadmap, is to help others find and develop their strength in mind, body, character, words, and relationships, so that they too, can think, feel, and be Mpowered.

Our minds are immensely capable. Though we cannot always control what happens in life, we always have the power to choose our actions and reactions. By understanding our thoughts and feelings and improving our mindset, we can overcome our fears and limitations, accomplish our goals, conquer challenges, and live fuller, more meaningful lives.
Our Bodies Are Our Messengers
In order to meet the challenges of this world, live a healthy life, and be able to express ourselves fully, we need to make sure our bodies are always tuned and ready. Challenging ourselves through exercise, reflection, routine, and meditation, allows us to develop our self-awareness and build the strength and resilience required to pursue our goals and fluidly adapt to life’s demands.
Communication is Key
Life is all about conversations and relationships. Those we have with others and with ourselves. By understanding and improving the intent, content, clarity, and delivery of our message, we can feel more confident in our expression and develop a powerful and authentic voice. This enables us to become better leaders, speakers, educators, partners, and friends, ultimately enhancing and optimizing our personal and professional lives.

The quality of our relationships has a direct impact on our levels of happiness, love, peace and success. By understanding the importance and impact of empathy, respect, intention and projections on our relationships, we can take responsibility and play an active role in creating the connections we desire and deserve. Creating and maintaining healthy supportive relationships provides us with a solid foundation to maximize our fulfillment and our potential.
