Salsa Dancing

I found my passion for Salsa Dancing early on in life and feel fortunate to have been able to nurture that passion into a successful global career that has spanned over 2 decades, 80 countries, hundreds of workshops, and impacted thousands of students.

Through dedication to my craft and building relationships, I took my self-taught approach and lack of formal dance instruction and created one of the most respected and reputable brands in the industry.

By staying true to my values and challenging cultural norms, I have contributed to the creative evolution of this dance, opened career doors for solo female artists, and empowered dancers at all levels to express themselves authentically.

An open mind, a healthy body, uninhibited creativity, and profound connections are the pillars of my expression in my performances, my teaching methodology, my social dancing, and all of my social interactions.  By focusing on the technical side of dance and movement as well as possible psychological and emotional obstacles, I am able to provide my students with powerful mental and technical growth. 

My desire is to teach and motivate people to be better dancers and inspire them to grow as individuals through detail-rich instruction that emphasizes building a strong technical foundation, having purpose, and always finding the positive in every moment.

Through an increased curiosity, a deeper self-awareness and creative expression built upon appreciation and respect for the human element, I believe we can achieve higher levels of enjoyment in our dancing and our connections with our partners and our community.
