What is QFit?

QFit was inspired by a desire to stay fit and flexible despite quarantine restrictions and closures and invite you to do the same.

As a result of being confined to a small space, I’ve come up with a balanced exercise routine that strengthens, tones and stretches your entire body.

QFit with Magna

4-Week Interactive Online Fitness Series

Hi Future QFit Crew member!

QFit is a fantastic way to stay fit at home, or wherever you are, with live workouts and replays that will strengthen, tone, and stretch your body.  Every week you get new, fun and exciting workouts that will challenge you and improve your overall health.  Workouts are one hour in length and include Circuit Training, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)/Tabata Training and Yoga. You get the added bonus of being a part of the QFit Crew – a group of highly motivated, supportive, inspiring, and friendly fitness enthusiasts from all over the world.

Lives & Replay Availability: 

All sessions are conducted live via Zoom where QFit members receive real-time tips, feedback and detailed explanations.

Workouts are uploaded to a private Facebook group for replay until Sunday. Each week we’ll have a new set of workouts that you can do at your own convenience throughout the week.

QFit offers 1 hour private online group training 3x per week.

  • Mondays 10am ET – Circuit Training
  • Tuesdays 10am ET – HIIT/Tabata
  • Wednesdays 10am ET – Yoga

In addition, by signing up for this course you understand that these classes are being recorded and the recordings could be used in future Magna Gopal programming. By attending any Magna Gopal class you waive any rights to the use of any video and audio recording and any rights to compensation.
