QFit was inspired by a desire to stay fit and flexible despite quarantine restrictions and closures and invite you to do the same.

As a result of being confined to a small space, I’ve come up with a balanced exercise routine that strengthens, tones and stretches your entire body.

I will create a schedule and a training program that will provide everyone with detailed instruction, personalized attention, support, and accountability, so that we can all can make progress towards our goals.
